We are seeking a dedicated Research and Development Assistant to join our team in Sacred Heart, Metro Manila. This role is critical in ensuring that all product development activities are meticulously executed, recorded, and aligned with our brand standards for taste, quality, and cost.
As an R&D Assistant, you will collaborate closely with our culinary team to innovate and refine our product lineup. Your responsibilities will include assisting in recipe development, conducting controlled experiments, performing sensory evaluations, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of development processes. Your attention to detail will directly contribute to the consistency and excellence that our customers love.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development and improvement of lasagna recipes and other menu items
- Conduct experiments and tests to ensure product consistency and quality
- Document all research activities including ingredient sourcing, formulation changes, and test results
- Coordinate with production team to scale up new products from kitchen to factory
- Perform sensory evaluations and gather feedback for product enhancement
- Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain inventory of R&D materials and equipment
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new product concepts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field
- Previous experience in food product development or quality assurance is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data recording
