Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of research studies and clinical trials
- Collect, organize, and analyze research data using appropriate statistical methods
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to support research initiatives
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and publications for internal and external audiences
- Maintain accurate and organized research records and documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, nurses, and other researchers
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements for research
- Participate in research team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Medicine, or related healthcare field
- Previous research experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in statistical software and data analysis tools
