KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join our prestigious Neurology Service team. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the recruitment and screening of clinical trial participants according to study protocols.
- Collect, verify, and maintain high-quality clinical research data for ongoing neurology studies.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions, including IRB and institutional research board applications.
- Facilitate clinical assessments and support neurologists during diagnostic testing procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and institutional SOPs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of study progress, adverse events, and site visits.
- Support the team in literature reviews, data analysis, and the preparation of research reports for publication.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Neuroscience, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of research experience, preferably within a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical research regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., REDCap, SPSS, or Microsoft Excel).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple study timelines effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
