Tanggung Jawab
- Lead comprehensive market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for product innovation.
- Formulate and develop advanced chemical compositions for cement products to enhance quality, durability, and performance.
- Conduct rigorous standard material testing and quality control analyses to ensure product compliance.
- Optimize existing production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
- Lead and mentor a team of research scientists and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry safety standards, environmental regulations, and ISO quality certifications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between R&D concepts and large-scale manufacturing operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in Research & Development, specifically within the cement, mining, or heavy manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of leading technical teams.
- Deep understanding of chemical formulation principles, material science, and process optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in both written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English.
