Join PT Textil Lintas Indonesia as a Research & Development (R&D) and Quality Control (QC) Supervisor to drive innovation and excellence in toy manufacturing. In this pivotal role, you will lead product development initiatives while ensuring stringent quality standards across all manufacturing processes. You'll spearhead research for cutting-edge toy designs, implement robust quality control protocols, and champion continuous improvement methodologies to enhance product safety, durability, and market competitiveness. This position requires a dynamic leader who can balance creative innovation with rigorous quality assurance to meet global safety standards and exceed customer expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product lines, troubleshoot production challenges, and optimize manufacturing efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage R&D team to develop innovative toy products aligned with market trends and safety standards
- Oversee quality control processes, including raw material inspection, in-process testing, and final product validation
- Implement and maintain ISO-compliant quality management systems and documentation
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and develop corrective action plans
- Coordinate product testing and certification to meet international safety standards (ASTM, EN71, etc.)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage supplier quality assurance and vendor development programs
- Mentor QC technicians and R&D engineers to enhance team capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in R&D and QC within toy manufacturing or consumer goods
- Strong knowledge of international toy safety regulations and quality standards
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Certification in Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or Quality Management Systems
- Proficiency in quality control tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D methodology)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia for international collaboration
