Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Dietitian to join our prestigious precision health team on a contract basis. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge cardiometabolic research while providing evidence-based, precision nutrition interventions in a clinical setting.
As a Research Dietitian, you will bridge the gap between scientific inquiry and patient care. You will play a pivotal role in managing clinical trial protocols, collecting dietary data, and translating genomic or metabolic biomarkers into actionable nutritional strategies. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of physicians, researchers, and clinical experts to advance the frontiers of precision medicine in Singapore.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the intersection of data-driven research and patient wellbeing, with a strong foundation in clinical nutrition and experience navigating the complexities of healthcare research environments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate nutritional interventions within cardiometabolic research protocols.
- Perform detailed nutritional assessments and provide precision counseling to study participants.
- Manage clinical data collection, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ethical and hospital standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary research teams to analyze health outcomes and metabolic data.
- Assist in the development of study materials, patient education resources, and research documentation.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans based on study criteria and participant feedback.
- Present research findings and nutritional insights during internal clinical meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from an accredited institution.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) with current certification and active practicing license.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital or research setting.
- Strong background in cardiometabolic disease management and preventative nutrition.
- Proven ability to manage research documentation, data integrity, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and statistical software is highly advantageous.
