Tanggung Jawab
- Design, execute, and troubleshoot complex laboratory experiments related to BMTCT and cellular therapies.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data using statistical software to derive actionable insights.
- Prepare high-quality research manuscripts, grant applications, and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain rigorous laboratory documentation and ensure compliance with institutional safety and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with clinical teams, principal investigators, and external research partners.
- Present research findings at local and international scientific conferences to enhance the department's profile.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior researchers and students within the lab.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Biomedical Sciences, Immunology, Cell Biology, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of research excellence as demonstrated by peer-reviewed publications.
- Strong technical proficiency in cell culture, flow cytometry, molecular biology techniques, and immunoassays.
- In-depth knowledge of transplantation immunology and cellular therapy mechanisms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex scientific concepts.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of laboratory safety awareness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a highly integrated team.
