KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH) is inviting highly motivated and passionate researchers to join our Pediatric Brain Tumor Research team as a Research Fellow. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and conduct high-quality research projects focused on pediatric brain tumor biology and clinical outcomes.
- Design and execute laboratory experiments, ensuring adherence to rigorous scientific standards and safety protocols.
- Perform complex data collection, statistical analysis, and interpretation of clinical research findings.
- Prepare comprehensive research reports, clinical study protocols, and manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed medical journals.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional clinical teams, including neuro-oncology and pathology departments.
- Present research progress and findings at departmental meetings, seminars, and international scientific conferences.
- Assist in the grant application process by providing technical data and supporting documentation.
- Supervise junior research staff or laboratory assistants as required by the Principal Investigator.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Neuroscience, or a related field.
- Proven track record of research excellence with publications in high-impact international journals.
- Strong background in molecular and cellular techniques relevant to oncology research.
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, or SPSS) and bioinformatics tools.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills to navigate a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex research timelines and adhere to project deadlines.
- Experience with Institutional Review Board (IRB) and ethical approval processes is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in pediatric oncology or neurology research settings is a strong advantage.
