Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and analyze existing health services research data
- Design and implement research methodologies to address complex healthcare questions
- Collect, manage, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data using statistical software
- Prepare high-quality research reports, manuscripts, and presentations for publication
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, administrators, and policymakers
- Stay current with emerging trends and methodologies in health services research
- Assist in grant writing and research proposal development
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Health Services Research, Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and research methodologies
- Experience with data analysis software (SPSS, R, SAS, STATA)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Prior experience in healthcare or clinical research environment preferred
- Knowledge of Singapore's healthcare system is advantageous
