Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct: Advanced laboratory experiments and research studies focusing on ocular drug delivery systems and formulations.
- Analyze: Experimental data and results to derive meaningful insights for therapeutic development.
- Collaborate: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, clinicians, and pharmaceutical experts to achieve project goals.
- Document: Maintain accurate, detailed laboratory records, prepare technical reports, and present findings at internal meetings.
- Manage: Oversee inventory management for laboratory chemicals, reagents, and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Optimize: Improve existing drug delivery protocols and investigate new technologies to enhance therapeutic efficacy.
Kualifikasi
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related Life Sciences field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in drug delivery research, formulation development, or a related research environment.
- Laboratory Skills: Strong hands-on experience with standard laboratory techniques, including but not limited to chromatography, spectroscopy, and microbiological testing.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis software and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex scientific concepts.
