- Execute research protocols with strict adherence to GCP, institutional guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Manage data collection, processing, and documentation for haematology studies
- Monitor study progress and ensure protocol compliance throughout clinical trials
- Collaborate with clinicians and lab specialists to coordinate research activities
- Prepare interim/final reports and maintain accurate research documentation
- Assist in developing research methodologies and ethical approval processes
- Participate in research team meetings and contribute to protocol optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years clinical research or haematology laboratory experience
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) or equivalent regulatory knowledge
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in data management
- Experience with clinical trial documentation and regulatory processes
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and haematology workflows
- Excellent communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration
