As a Research Officer within the Research Planning & Admin division, you will bridge the gap between scientific researchers and administrative excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate research planning activities and streamline administrative processes to support the PRECISE team.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal research governance and institutional standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and information flow between internal stakeholders, academic partners, and industry collaborators.
- Monitor research timelines and milestones to ensure the successful delivery of precision health projects.
- Support the organization of meetings, workshops, and strategic planning sessions, including the preparation of briefing materials.
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports and administrative datasets for review by management.
- Maintain departmental filing systems and databases to ensure data integrity and ease of access.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in research administration or project coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and SharePoint) and collaborative project management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interface with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Experience in managing research grants or working within a GIS-related framework is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive research data with professional integrity.
