- Conduct field experiments and data collection for rice-based cropping systems research
- Perform laboratory analysis of soil, plant, and water samples using advanced equipment
- Assist in the design and implementation of research protocols and experimental layouts
- Document research findings and maintain accurate laboratory and field records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary research teams to achieve project objectives
- Prepare and maintain research equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality
- Participate in data analysis, interpretation, and preparation of research reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Biology, Environmental Science, or related field
- Previous experience in agricultural research, preferably with rice or cereal crops
- Strong laboratory skills with experience in soil and plant analysis techniques
- Ability to conduct fieldwork in various environmental conditions
- Proficiency in data collection, recording, and basic statistical analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to research accuracy
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
