Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with exceptional professionalism
- Process new bookings, modifications, and cancellations with precision and timeliness
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
- Maintain accurate reservation records in property management systems and update availability in real-time
- Upsell resort amenities and packages to enhance guest experiences and revenue
- Handle guest complaints and resolve reservation-related issues with empathy and efficiency
- Generate daily/weekly occupancy reports and analyze booking trends for strategic planning
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel reservations or front desk operations
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., OPERA, Cloudbeds)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in high-volume environments
- Knowledge of Balinese tourism landscape and local attractions
- Customer service-oriented mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
