Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic investigations.
- Formulate and implement comprehensive treatment plans in consultation with senior medical officers and specialists.
- Provide emergency medical care and stabilize critically ill patients as required.
- Document all patient interactions, diagnoses, treatments, and progress accurately and promptly in electronic medical records.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic procedures.
- Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment options, preventive care, and health maintenance.
- Participate in ward rounds, clinical meetings, and continuous medical education (CME) activities.
- Collaborate effectively with nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Must hold full registration with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of post-housemanship clinical experience, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Demonstrated strong clinical acumen, diagnostic skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills when dealing with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and basic computer skills.
