Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily ward rounds and patient assessments to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
- Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies under the supervision of senior medical officers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and accurate medical records.
- Document patient medical histories, examinations, and treatment outcomes accurately in the electronic health record system.
- Participate in clinical rotations across various medical departments to gain diverse clinical experience.
- Assist in emergency response and trauma management when required.
- Provide patient education and counseling regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
Kualifikasi
- Qualified Medical Degree (MBBS) with successful completion of internship.
- Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) or MIMS (Malaysian Institute of Medical Specialists).
- Strong clinical knowledge in internal medicine or relevant medical specialty.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure healthcare environment.
- Compassionate approach to patient care and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Valid Malaysian driving license (may be required for hospital travel).
