Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily ward rounds and provide comprehensive medical management for inpatients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses and allied health professionals, to develop personalized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, interpret diagnostic results, and adjust treatment protocols as necessary.
- Provide timely clinical consultations for patients undergoing rehabilitation and geriatric treatment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records in compliance with institutional and MOH standards.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and hospital-wide safety programs.
- Provide clinical guidance and supervision to junior clinical staff and medical students where applicable.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding medical conditions and discharge planning.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Medical Degree recognized by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
- Full or Conditional Registration with the Singapore Medical Council.
- Relevant clinical experience in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Rehabilitation Medicine is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in local dialects is an advantage for patient rapport.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced community hospital setting.
- Demonstrated interest in professional development and continuing medical education.
