Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as the first point of contact for residents, providing professional and courteous assistance at all times.
  • Manage resident inquiries, feedback, and requests, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction scores.
  • Facilitate a seamless move-in and move-out process for all residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident communications and property-related activities in the management system.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and security teams to address resident concerns efficiently.
  • Promote community initiatives and resident engagement programs to enhance living experiences.
  • Represent the Company’s image and high-quality standards in every interaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining professional relationships.
