Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the first point of contact for residents, providing professional and courteous assistance at all times.
- Manage resident inquiries, feedback, and requests, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction scores.
- Facilitate a seamless move-in and move-out process for all residents.
- Maintain accurate records of resident communications and property-related activities in the management system.
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams to address resident concerns efficiently.
- Promote community initiatives and resident engagement programs to enhance living experiences.
- Represent the Company’s image and high-quality standards in every interaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining professional relationships.
