Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily resident care activities and ensure smooth operations within the facility.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and medical staff inquiries.
- Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality across all common areas.
- Assist in the administration of resident records, including medical history and service logs.
- Monitor and report on resident well-being to the supervisory team.
- Support the implementation of healthcare protocols and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in healthcare support, hospitality, or resident services.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic in high-pressure situations.
- Basic understanding of healthcare terminology and care protocols is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Hospitality Management is a plus.
