Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety protocols
- Monitor site progress and technical documentation, providing regular reports to project stakeholders
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies to resolve technical issues promptly
- Verify construction quality and materials against specifications and IES requirements
- Conduct site inspections and implement corrective actions for non-compliance areas
- Manage technical documentation including drawings, permits, and compliance records
- Advise project teams on engineering best practices and regulatory updates
Kualifikasi
- Must hold valid IES accreditation as a Registered Resident Technical Officer
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in site supervision for construction projects
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related technical discipline
- Deep understanding of Singapore building codes and construction regulations
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and construction specifications
- Strong communication skills for coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with quality control procedures and safety management systems
