Surbana Jurong, a leading global urban, infrastructure and managed services consultancy, is seeking a dynamic and diligent Resident Technical Officer (C&S) to support our ongoing construction projects in the West Region of Singapore.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical oversight and site supervision for civil and structural works, ensuring all construction activities adhere to approved plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and design teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects that shape Singapore's built environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical supervision and oversight of civil and structural construction works on site
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and building codes
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions for accuracy and constructability
- Monitor construction progress and quality, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and design teams to resolve technical queries and coordination issues
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive site reports, daily logs, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and environmental guidelines
- Attend site meetings and provide technical input for project delivery and problem-solving
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Higher National Certificate in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related construction discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision or technical coordination
- Sound knowledge of Singapore's Building Control Act, BC Code, and relevant construction regulations
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural drawings and technical specifications
- Experience with construction quality management systems and site safety protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Possession of relevant certifications such as WSQ Supervise Construction Work or equivalent is advantageous
