Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily resort operations including staff scheduling, guest services, and facility maintenance
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor financial performance through budget management and cost control
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and travel partners
- Oversee marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and guest acquisition
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years in resort/hotel management with luxury property experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian tourism regulations and industry standards
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
