Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze real-time resource utilization to support project staffing decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify upcoming resource requirements and project gaps.
- Maintain and update internal resource planning databases to ensure data integrity.
- Facilitate communication between project managers and service line leaders regarding talent deployment.
- Assist in the development of forecasting models to predict future headcount and skill needs.
- Identify and escalate potential resource conflicts or bottlenecks to senior leadership.
- Support the implementation of resource management best practices and internal standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in workforce planning, resource management, or project administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and data reporting tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a professional services or consultancy setting is highly preferred.
