Tanggung Jawab
- Assess patients' respiratory conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Perform diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function studies and arterial blood gas analysis
- Administer respiratory therapies including oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy
- Operate and maintain respiratory equipment including ventilators, nebulizers, and oxygen delivery systems
- Monitor patients' responses to treatment and adjust plans as necessary
- Provide education to patients and families about respiratory conditions and home care techniques
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
- Valid license as a Respiratory Therapist in the Philippines
- CPR certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Previous experience in respiratory care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in emergency situations
- Knowledge of respiratory diseases and treatment protocols
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
