Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular audits and rigorous cycle counting processes.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflow, reduce lead times, and improve overall productivity.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure a high-performance culture and adherence to company standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations within the warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software (WMS) and ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Solid understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in both English and Filipino; ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
