Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial integrity and operational excellence? We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Auditor to join our team in Poblacion, Metro Manila. In this critical role, you will act as the eyes and ears of our management, ensuring that our daily financial records, inventory levels, and operational procedures align with company standards.
As our Restaurant Auditor, you will be responsible for identifying discrepancies, preventing revenue leakage, and providing actionable insights that improve our overall profitability. The ideal candidate is systematic, objective, and possesses a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with restaurant management to maintain the highest level of compliance and accountability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily audits of Point of Sale (POS) reports and cash handling procedures.
- Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile findings with system data to identify variances.
- Monitor and audit compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the restaurant floor and kitchen.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports for management review.
- Investigate discrepancies in sales, voids, comps, and promotional discounts.
- Ensure that all financial documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant with company accounting policies.
- Provide constructive feedback to department heads regarding operational inefficiencies or policy violations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in auditing, internal controls, or financial compliance (F&B industry experience is a significant advantage).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and POS software systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly and maintain professional relationships with staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet the demands of restaurant operations.
