Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to strict brand standards and recipes.
- Ensure the dining area and kitchen remain clean, organized, and sanitary at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer balances at the end of each shift.
- Assist in stocking ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Clean equipment and workstations to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level education or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and orders.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift light items.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
- Previous experience in the food service industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
