Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and professional service to all restaurant guests.
- Assist with taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and workstations.
- Prepare menu items according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions and manage cash accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a SPM or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in the F&B or retail industry is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Must be customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform active restaurant duties.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in English or other languages is a plus.
