Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily restaurant operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise kitchen and service staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and procurement processes to minimize waste.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure a premium dining experience.
- Monitor financial performance, including daily cash handling and expense reports.
- Implement health and safety protocols throughout the premises.
- Collaborate with ownership to develop strategies to increase restaurant revenue and foot traffic.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Must be fluent in English or Mandarin (both spoken and written).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
