Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and service quality standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure seamless menu execution and presentation
- Monitor staff performance and implement development plans for continuous improvement
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to maintain service excellence
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant supervision or team leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to lead diverse teams
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in service delivery
- Experience with inventory management and cost control systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hospitality management software or POS systems
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
