As a Restoration Estimator, you'll be responsible for assessing property damage, preparing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring compliance with insurance requirements and Hawaii guidelines. - Conduct thorough property damage assessments and create detailed restoration estimates
- Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure compliance with claim requirements and documentation
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment needed for restoration projects
- Coordinate with field teams to verify assessments and provide additional information as needed
- Ensure all estimates adhere to Hawaii guidelines and industry standards
- Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, estimates, and communications
- Provide expert guidance to clients regarding restoration options and processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in property restoration or construction estimating
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation
- Familiarity with insurance claim processes and documentation requirements
- Proficiency with estimating software and digital measurement tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members
- Certification in property restoration or construction estimating (preferred)
