Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sales administration including quotation input, sales order processing, and sales reporting
- Maintain accurate sales databases and documentation in compliance with company standards
- Generate regular sales performance reports and analytics for management review
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve order discrepancies and ensure timely processing
- Verify sales data accuracy and implement corrective actions when required
- Support customer relationship management through prompt order status updates
- Assist in preparing sales documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or retail operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
- Basic understanding of retail sales processes and terminology
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in fast-paced settings
