Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily retail operations including inventory management, stock reconciliation, and supply chain coordination
- Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service protocols
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and drive sales
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and recommend operational improvements
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and coordinate product procurement

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail administration or hospitality management
