UniTAG Store is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic Retail Area Supervisor to oversee our multi-store operations in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our sales teams, ensuring operational excellence, outstanding customer service, and the achievement of strategic business objectives across multiple premium retail locations.
As an Area Supervisor, you will bridge the gap between corporate strategy and ground-level execution. You will mentor store managers, optimize inventory, and implement visual merchandising standards that reflect our premium brand image. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage daily operations across multiple UniTAG retail stores in the Jakarta area.
- Drive, monitor, and ensure all assigned stores meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store staff to maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising guidelines, and inventory control protocols.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and store optimization.
- Resolve customer escalations and operational issues efficiently to maintain high brand reputation.
- Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts or shrinkage.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Area Supervisor, Multi-Store Manager, or senior Retail Supervisor, preferably in premium gadgets, electronics, or lifestyle accessories.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop diverse retail teams.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, KPI management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing retail sales data and using POS systems.
- Highly mobile and willing to travel regularly between store locations within Jakarta Raya.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
