Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases
- Manage and maintain store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Operate point of sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process customer transactions
- Assist in visual merchandising to ensure store displays are attractive and appealing to customers
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a pleasant shopping environment
- Participate in stocktaking and inventory control procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while representing the brand positively
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or business is a plus
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and processing transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
