Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases
  • Manage and maintain store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
  • Operate point of sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process customer transactions
  • Assist in visual merchandising to ensure store displays are attractive and appealing to customers
  • Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a pleasant shopping environment
  • Participate in stocktaking and inventory control procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while representing the brand positively

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or business is a plus
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and processing transactions
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
