Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet walk-in customers and identify their needs to provide tailored product recommendations.
- Deliver comprehensive product knowledge and demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits.
- Efficiently manage the checkout process, including processing cash, credit card, and digital payments via POS systems.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to resolve customer inquiries and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining the store's visual merchandising standards to ensure an inviting atmosphere.
- Monitor and replenish floor stock, ensuring all items are correctly tagged and displayed.
- Collaborate with the store management team to meet and exceed monthly sales objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a retail sales or customer-facing environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage naturally with customers.
- A proactive and service-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as per the roster.
