Tanggung Jawab
- Greet, assist, and advise customers in selecting products, providing prompt and friendly service at all times.
- Operate cash registers and handle various payment methods (cash, credit cards, e-wallets) accurately.
- Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring product labels are visible.
- Receive and verify incoming stock shipments, update inventory records, and organize the stockroom efficiently.
- Assist in conducting periodic stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Address customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and promote ongoing store promotions.
- Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-organized at all times, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Levels or equivalent (Higher education is an advantage).
- Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience is a bonus but not required – we welcome fresh graduates and career switchers!
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle light to medium lifting of stock boxes.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore (Singaporean, PR, or valid work pass holder).
