Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Demonstrate features and benefits of iPhones, iPads, and other mobile accessories to drive sales.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and card payments.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels on the sales floor to ensure full product availability.
- Stay updated on the latest Apple product releases and industry trends to provide expert advice.
- Assist in achieving monthly individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / equivalent qualification; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in retail, F&B, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Strong passion for iPhones, Apple products, and the latest mobile technology.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (an advantage).
- Customer-centric mindset with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess own transport and able to commute to Skudai, Johor.
- Proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
