Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing product recommendations and excellent service.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and fully stocked with merchandise at all times.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Build lasting relationships with regular customers to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and display updates.
- Answer product queries regarding pet nutrition, health, and accessories.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Genuine passion for animals and pet care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
