Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily operations of the store, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Maintain stock levels on the sales floor, including replenishing goods and rotating inventory.
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Assist in the preparation of promotional displays and product merchandising layouts.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Support the team in achieving daily store goals and upholding company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Possess a positive, proactive, and 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Physically fit and able to handle light-to-moderate lifting tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory.
