Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing helpful information about products and promotions.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process cash, card, and digital transactions accurately.
- Maintain stock availability by monitoring inventory levels, unpacking shipments, and replenishing shelves.
- Keep the retail floor, checkout counters, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Set up attractive merchandise displays to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and minor complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to the manager.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM / O-Level or equivalent qualification; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or cashiering is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fluency in Bahasa Melayu; basic proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
- Friendly, polite, and confident communication style with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Basic mathematics and numerical skills for accurate cash handling.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and manage light inventory restocking.
