Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure shelves are neatly organized and fully stocked.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle various payment methods.
- Keep up to date with product promotions, pricing, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving new stock, labeling items, and conducting periodic stock checks.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints effectively to maintain brand reputation.
- Support daily opening and closing store procedures to ensure security and operational readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; prior experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handling cash transactions.
- Flexible availability to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- A proactive and 'can-do' attitude with excellent time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new store processes and product lines.
