Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product recommendations and assistance
- Manage inventory control and stock replenishment activities
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions
- Maintain store presentation standards through merchandising and cleanliness
- Process customer returns and exchanges following company policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Participate in store promotions and visual merchandising initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic mathematical aptitude for cash handling
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
