Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and maintain neat and attractive product displays.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions and handle payments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail floor and storage areas.
- Perform regular stock checks and report any discrepancies to the store supervisor.
- Provide expert product recommendations based on customer preferences and current promotions.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols, specifically regarding the handling of frozen goods.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a retail or customer service environment is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving stock.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions and inventory monitoring.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Dependable, punctual, and highly organized with a proactive work attitude.
- Fluent in English and capable of communicating effectively with a diverse clientele.
