Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment and inventory management.
- Provide product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries regarding features and benefits.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Support daily opening and closing store procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
