Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and product selections in a friendly manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves and display products to ensure the store is well-merchandised and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock-taking and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for all customers and staff.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints according to company policies.
- Cross-train with other team members to support store operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and transactions accurately.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn.
