Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and transaction processing
- Manage inventory operations including stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counting
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product displays and store aesthetics
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Monitor store cleanliness and safety standards to ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist in training new team members on operational procedures and customer service standards
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets through upselling and promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse customers
- Basic numeracy and proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and public holidays
- Attention to detail in inventory management and visual presentation
- Proven problem-solving skills in customer service scenarios
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
