Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the store, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding hardware tools, machinery, and consumer products.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales transactions, handle cash, and manage returns.
  • Monitor stock levels on the sales floor and assist in restocking shelves to ensure product availability.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales environment at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily sales targets and promote special offers.
  • Perform basic inventory checks and report discrepancies to the store manager.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent education qualification.
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physically fit to handle stock, stand for extended periods, and perform light lifting when necessary.
  • Valid Malaysian identity document.
