Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by product inquiries, recommendations, and transaction processing
- Manage daily store operations including cash handling, POS system usage, and inventory control
- Ensure pharmacy shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing
- Assist with promotional displays and marketing campaigns to drive sales
- Maintain clean, safe, and compliant retail environment according to health standards
- Process customer returns/exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to support seamless healthcare services
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with approachable and friendly demeanor
- Basic mathematical aptitude for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and basic office software
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Valid work permit for Malaysia if applicable
