Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries and purchase decisions
- Efficiently handle sales transactions using point-of-sale systems and maintain accurate cash handling
- Arrange, stock, and maintain product displays to ensure optimal visual merchandising standards
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock and conducting regular stock checks
- Support daily retail operations including opening and closing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
